We first contacted Linda after she successfully closed on the sale of a neighboring condominium. After interviewing several potential listing agents, we contracted with Linda. She knew our community well and she knew the nuances with showing and promoting high rise condos. She met with ALL prospects (and their agents) for all showings at our place and did a fabulous job giving them accurate information and also obtaining vital "interest and prospect data" that you generally do not receive by putting your home on lockbox. A true pro, prompt and effective communicator-- will definitely use her for our next purchase and/or sale of a property.

The market is so hot in Scottsdale, that we knew we had to act immediately when we saw what we wanted, so Linda dropped everything and went to the listing to FaceTime us, so we could see it right away. She is also a bulldog. She did not settle for answers the other realtor was giving her, so she picked up the phone to get the correct answers. We've now had 2 great experiences with her between our son, who recommended her after his first home purchase, and ourselves. You will not go wrong choosing her, a rarity now days who puts forth the time and effort for her clients.
